Measurement Guide
Electronic Fuel Injection Motors:
To ensure proper fit of a TONADO "ki" unit, all you need to do is measure the inside diameter of the air intake hose at the connection closest to the air filter box. In some cases such as the connection closest to the throttle body. The "ki" units come in 5mm increments and will fit 1mm smaller to 3mm largr than the specified unit. For exaple, a ki-60 unit will fit a hose that measures 59mm to 63 mm; a ki-65 unit will fit a hose that measures 64 mm to 68mm.

Throttle Body Injection Motors:
To ensure proper fit of a TORNADO kc unit, remove the air housing cover lid and measure the height from the base of the housing to the lid at 3 inches away from the center. This is easily accomplished by removing the air cover lid and placing a flat edge across the top of the air filter, then taking a height measurement from the base to the flat edge at 3 inches away from the center of the carburetor/throttle body. Next, repeat the same measurement with the lid drops below the top of the filter or rises above the filter.
